Jacob Gers Executive Director, Designer/Technician, Producer

Hi! I'm Jacob Gers. I'm a Senior in the theatre program at Weaver Academy for the Performing & Visual Arts in downtown Greensboro. I've been involved with the theatre community since 2014. I started out as a performer, but I began participating behind the scenes in 2018. 

Some of my favorite work includes; Heart of the Woods [Film] (Exec. Producer, Co-Writer/Director,) Anastasia [Stage] (Sound Designer, FOH Mixer,) A Night of New Works [Stage] (Exec. Producer, Director, Writer, Technical Director) Winter Break [Stage] (Actor, Sound Designer) and Swapped [Stage] (Producer, Director, Script Supervisor.]

When not working, I'm probably watching a sitcom or learning about Broadway history.
